With 25 fully equipped service vans on the road, and technical staff exceeding 40 technicians, Chemtronics Direct offers its clients 24/7 breakdown service on all Assistive Technologies. If you need help, we will be there.
Sometimes clients just can’t afford new equipment. We refurbish tired and older Assistive Technologies, making them look new and extending their working life for many years to come. All works comes with a warranty and we ensure it meets all the relevant Australian standards so the clients can use without worry.

With warehousing solutions right across Australia, we can store you Assistive Technologies for you. We provide a ‘library’ service for a number of organisations and Collect, Store and Delivery equipment seamlessly your clients. Providing viability assessment of collected equipment including repair and refurbishment as required, your equipment is delivered to your clients in pristine condition.
Our automated Preventative Maintenance service can manage you scheduled services for you. We set up the scheduled in our systems and an automated job opens when your service is due. We contact you to arrange the service when it’s convenient to you. Our systems log each piece of equipment’s complete history, every repair, every preventative maintenance service completed and every part used. This information is available whenever you need it.
When the equipment is no longer required we can assess the equipment and assist with disposal or redeployment to someone else who may be in need but cant afford new. We donate equipment to third world countries on a regular basis.
