Low Cost-High Volume Non-customised Equipment Provider
The State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) is a division of Ballarat Health Services. SWEP oversees a number of different ‘assistive technology’ programs for clients who live in Victoria. SWEP provides clients both new and refurbished aids and equipment to enhance their independence and facilitate community participation. To be eligible, you must be a Victorian Resident, living independently in the community with a permanent/long term disability and/or frail aged.

The Low Cost-High Volume Non-customised Equipment contract was established to support the Aids & Equipment Program and expedite access for clients to equipment under this contract. Chemtronics Direct are a proud contracted service provider of the products listed below under the Low Cost-High Volume Non-customised Equipment contract.
The contracted products are available for trial enabling prescribers to assess the suitability for the equipment for their client’s specific needs.
